Time in a Bottle is dedicated to the memory of our son, Aron, who we lost tragically on January 14, 2004.

Paula designed the logo to represent Aron. You will notice that the bottle of wine is labeled Aron’s Share and its vintage is 1984; the year Aron was born. The clock is set at 1:23 because his birthday is January 23rd. We hope to create a great Merlot for that bottle someday to honor him with a scholarship fund to help students pursue their futures.

Our family has pooled our talents to create Time in a Bottle Wine Merchants. Angel has reached a new height in his woodworking craftsmanship building the space and the furniture. Adrienne keeps a tight ship in the kitchen seeing to it that the menu she and Paula worked on for over nine months is just so. And of course, we can’t fail to mention Adrienne’s dessert menu. Paula has applied her years in catering, the food service industry and her wine education from the California School of Culinary Arts, Le Cordon Bleu Program to the wine list, the menus, and the serving standards. It is a total family effort!

We have learned that life is short. Our perspective on life has been irrevocably changed, but we have hope and love and we know that we are blessed to have each other. We want to spend our time involved in something we have a passion for: sharing wine with friends in a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. So, please make yourself at home and comfortable in our home-away-from-home. We hope you truly enjoy your time here with friends!
